SIMAD was established as an institute on November 6, 1999, and later transformed into a full-fledged university on January 20, 2011. Initially offering Accounting and Business Administration, these programs grew into the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, which was rebranded in 2015 as the Faculty of Management Sciences to reflect its broader scope.
The faculty expanded with the launch of the Banking and Finance program in 2013 and the Procurement and Logistics program in 2014. In 2023, two new programs were introduced: Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
Today, the Faculty of Management Sciences is one of SIMAD University’s largest faculties. It offers five programs in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Procurement and Logistics, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Digital Marketing, designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to succeed in the dynamic field of management.
