The study analyzes data from 1990 to 2020 and finds that energy consumption and globalization boost Somalia’s economic growth, while environmental pollution hinders it. Policy recommendations are provided to support sustainable development.

This study explores the impact of environmental degradation on food security in Somalia using ARDL analysis of data from 1990 to 2019. Results reveal that environmental degradation and GDP negatively affect food security, while agricultural land expansion improves it in the long term. The study recommends sustainable land management policies, including reforestation, soil conservation, and watershed management, to enhance agricultural resilience.

This study explores how supply chain integration (SCI) affects the
performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Data were
gathered through surveys from SMEs in Mogadishu, Somalia, involving
supply, logistics, and operations managers as well as employees.

The study examined how branding strategies impact service delivery in 15 commercial banks in Mogadishu, using data from 45 marketing officers through a structured questionnaire. Findings showed that brand association, awareness, positioning, and identity significantly influence service delivery. The study concludes that enhancing brand awareness and positioning can improve service delivery and strengthen competitive advantage in the market.

This study explored the relationship between employee performance and human resource planning procedures at Total Uganda Limited using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
